2019 Holiday Kickoff Cooking Contest - 3rd place (Melissa Carter)
I know this was third place in the contest but honestly I think this was Ryan and Glenda's favorite!!
1 Cup Pumpkin
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Margerine
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 to 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
zest of one Orange
Optional: 1/2 Cup chopped Nuts
Mix first four ingredients in mixer, blend dry ingredients and slowly add. Pour in chocolate chips and organge zest.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by the teaspoonful.
Bake 10-12 minutes @ 360*.
