"Very Tastey" "Soft and Sweet" "Creamy"
Ingredients:
1 Cup Buter, Softened
1 Cup Sugar
3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Maple Flavoring
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Mullberry Jelly
Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. Add egg, vanilla, and maple flavoring, mix well; add dry ingredients. Chill dough. Shape into 1" balls. Place on greased baking sheets. Using a floured thimble, press a dent each cookie. Fill the enter with 1/2 teaspoon of jelly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool ice with icing leaving jelly exposed. Yields 3 dozen.
