Energy Bites

A quick snack with a boost!!

 

3 Cups Oatmeal                                  ½ Cup Ground Flaxseed (golden or brown)

1 Cup Raisins                                       1 Cup Mini Milk Chocolate Chips  

½ Cup Bran                                         ¾ Cup Toasted Coconut (optional)

¼ Cup Wheat Germ                             1 Cup Tuckerbee’s Raw Honey

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter               ½ tsp Salt

1 tsp Vanilla

 

Mix all ingredients together.  Place in refrigerator to chill for approximately 30 minutes.  Then form into balls.  It isn’t necessary to refrigerate them but it will keep them fresher longer if you do.
