Granola Bars

A yummy easy snack for times that you are on the go or for your lunch box!!!

 

3/4 Cup Amish Style Rolled Butter                               2 (10 oz.) pkgs Mini Marshmallows

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil                                                   5 Cups Oatmeal

1/4 Cup Tucker Bee's Raw Honey                                  4 1/2 Cups Crisp Rice Cereal

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter                                                   1 pkg Crushed Graham Crackers

2 Cups Mini Milk Chocolate Chips 

Mix butter, oil, honey peanut butter and marshmallows together in a large microwavable bowl.  Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until melted.  Mix oatmeal, Crisp Rice, and graham crackers in a separate bowl.  Then stir in the marshmallow mixture into the oatmeal mixture.  Cool slightly and then add mini milk chocolate chips.  Press into a buttered jelly roll pan.  Cut into squares when cool.  For an easy to take snack or to stick into a lunch box - wrap them individually with saran wrap.
