Our newest variety, this flour has added gluten to give bread dough added strength, which helps it to rise better. Excellent for bread machine recipes.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (Bleached), ascorbic acid (dough conditioner), niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, doh-tone (enzyme added for improved baking), riboflavin, folic acid (AB Vitamin).
